Micheal Bosanko...
Micheal is a photographer and light artist, based in Cardiff in the UK. He is known for his transformations of simple ideas to vivid and contemporary images which are memorable and much talked about. He uses long exposures to capture light trails and uses a variety of light tools to draw his art work.

My Favourite Of theirs...
I like this picture as he has used a very isolated and eerie area to then draw a flower in the middle of the scene. He has used a compositional triangle with the flower, which draws the viewers attention to the centre of the picture which is where the flower is located. The exposure of the background is dark which is effective as makes the flower stand out more.

Light Graffiti...
At Anglesey, one night we all went outside to do some light graffiti. We needed our cameras on a long shutterspeed, so it could capture the movement of the torches whilst we drew with them in the air. We experimented by drawing around each other to get a body figure and we also just drew pictures in the air. It was ideal to wear dark clothes, so whilst we were moving around with the torches the camera wouldn't pick us up in the pictures.

This is my best picture from this shoot as I have been able to capture the movement of the light really well. The fact that it is a star made out of white light makes it stand out and looks really good on the black background. I was extremely dark which brought out the light much more.
